Hand Grenade and M203/M320 Ranges

Hand Grenade Range (Live)​

Function:

Standard Hand Grenade Familiarization range with four (4) stations primarily used for Hand Grenade distance and accuracy familiarization.

Live Throwing Bays:

• 2 (Bays 2 and 3)
  
  
• Practice Throwing Bays:
  2 (Bays 1 and 4)
  

Ammunition:

G811, G870, G878, G881, and GG05.  No gas or riot agents.

Range Safety:

• OIC (E-7 and Above), RSO (E-6 and Above), and Pit Safety NCO (E-5 and above) Required.
  
• OIC, RSO, and Pit Safety NCO must receive the Live Hand Grenade Range Safety Brief in addition to the GTC-KY Range Safety Brief. 
• Minimum of 68W or EMT required.
  

M203/M320 Range

Function:

Standard grenade launcher range consisting of four stations.

Ammunition:

BA519, BA06, and BA13.

Range Safety:

• OIC (E-7 and Above), RSO (E-6 and Above), and Pit Safety NCO (E-5 and above) Required.
  
• OIC, RSO, and Pit Safety NCO must receive the Live Hand Grenade Range Safety Brief in addition to the GTC-KY Range Safety Brief. 
• Minimum of 68W or EMT required.
