Field Leadership Reaction Course (FLRC)

Our Team Building Course is a series of artificial problem sets constructed in a field environment.

Teams proceed through each of the problem sets in turn. Each team is assigned a facilitator, who guides and advises the team throughout the course. The facilitator gives the team its mission briefing as it enters each of the problem sets. The facilitator may change the team's structure or processes so that the team can experience different organizational conditions. After the time limit expires, the facilitator then debriefs the team in order to identify critical events and suggest lessons. Once all the problem sets have been completed, the course concludes with a master class addressing outstanding learning objectives and future learning strategies.

Team Building Courses are designed to train skills in leadership, operational or mission planning, organizational design, teamwork, cooperation, communications, decision making, emotional intelligence, time management and self-development.
